How to change thumbnails size

Hello! In the Elementor "Image Gallery" , I need to display thumbnails with 300 pixels x 300 pixels, how to do this? (I want square thumbnails, not the entire photos)

Sounds like this would be a better question for Elementor's support?
Or am I missing something here?
