How to Change the Site Title

Hello,
I would like to change the default site title font to a different font?
Do I use CSS for this? What code do I need to change this?

Check Customizer > Typography > Header.

I'm mystified. I see no "header" option in the Typography section of Customizer. What am I missing?
Is the typography module activated?
