How to change the layout of the categories and pages?

I buy premium version GENERATEPRESS. It's a beautiful theme, but I have some problems. Did not find how to title a page with a category and add additional widgets to it. Prompt, for this purpose special plugins are necessary? Prompt, for this purpose special plugins are necessary? For example, the Elementor plugin is not able to make changes to headings. Or what if I want to add two widgets to the most popular posts between the menu and the page?

To add something between the menu and page content, you can try using the header element;

You can use a plugin like widget shortcode if you want to add widgets in the header element:
