How to change text display when I post my blog page on Facebook

When I share my blog post on Facebook, it displays a gobbly-gook of information but not an excerpt from the article, which is what I would like to display.

Facebook will look at your content and try to grab an excerpt automatically.
You can use a plugin like this to manually set the excerpt they grab: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wonderm00ns-simple-facebook-open-graph-tags/
