How to change Recent Posts font color from pink to black

I just installed the Tasty child theme from the site library. In the right widget, how do I change the Recent Post pink font color to black? I've tried - seems it may be a css issue and I'd need some help if that's the case...also, I'd like to change the facebook, twitter etc icons from pink to black as well.
