how to change lang start tag ?

hello sir,
my site in hindi content, when i check my post on validator.w3.org, it showing warning,, like tha-
This document appears to be written in Hindi but the html start tag has lang="en-US". Consider using lang="hi" (or variant) instead.
do i need to fix that ? if yes then how ?
