How to center the Icon of Headline Block?

Hi, I need to create a slider on this site.
I have difficulties to make the list of the first slide look like on this mockup.
The dots are not aligned "centered" as on mockup.
I have tried several parameters, but nothing has worked as expected.
Can you please help me with this?

Hi there,
Not sure if I fully understand.
GB doesn't have a slider option built-in.
I would recommend using a slider plugin like Smart Slider 3.
