How to automatically add sub categories to categories in nav menu

My woocommerce has around hundreds of sub categories on the three-tier level.

And it gets updated every day and this means newer sub categories or deletion of sub categories.

How do I automate this process.

i went to the Menu section and found it all too confusing because everything is mixed up there.
