How to adjust the height of Page Jumps

hello how are you
i use page jumps in my blog article.
when clicking the page jump, then go straight to information about the particular name, but sticky menu will cover their headings, so how to adjust this problem?
Also, where is the problem for this issue?

if you use the GP Smooth Scroll function it will offset the height of the sticky nav when scrolling to a jump link:

The smooth-scroll class has to be added to the link.
Or you can make it so the smooth-scroll applies to all links:

And it will only work if you link from the same page.
If thats going to be an issue, then it will need another approach
