How to adjust the background color

hello,
im using the generateblocks to build my website.
i installed one back from library and the screenshot https://prnt.sc/1k8lkhy
i want to change the color of the background, how to adjust and where is the entrance?

Hi there,
both those block templates are using Gradient backgrounds for the colors.
Select the Parent Container Block, and in Backgrounds > Gradients, you can either change the gradient colors or disable the gradient option and just add a Colors > Background.
