How to add sticky text on the right of navigation

Hello I want to add a phone number (text) inline and after the navigation menu. I have aligned the navigation menu to the left, right after the logo image and I want to add a phone number to the right side of the menu line. Is there a way to do this?
( Example website where the "get started" button is )

You can give your menu item these classes: menu-item-float-right menu-item-align-right

Hi Tom, sorry about my english. I am not after just a menu item aligned right but an html plain text or text widget separated from the menu items which are left aligned and this I want it to be aligned right. You can see a picture here

Can you try using this method for the header/navigation?
