Would you please help me to add email/phone number in the left and social media icon on the right of my top bar.

Hi there,

Looks like you have the e-mail added already.

So both e-mail and phone number can be in widget 1 using HTML widget.

Then social icon can be added using widget 2 with Lightweight Social Icons:
