How to add Social Media Buttons to link to social media accounts?

Hi
Is there a generate press social media plugin where I can display Twitter?Facebookk etc to link to those social media accounts?
ie - not the social media 'sharing' buttons - but links to the website's social media accounts.

I saw this - but where can the social media account urls be entered?
I have looked everywhere (obviously not in the right place)
