Hi,
How to add a search box on the right side in desktop and above the primary menu in the mobile in every theme, and also how to center the menu in mobile

Hi there,
you can add a Search widget to Appearnce > Widgets > Header.
It may require some CSS - which we can assist with once the widget is on place.
