How to add Previous and Next buttons between Single post's Paragraphs?

Some websites promote there contents to increase page views...
people will click next button to see all photos...
But, All those pics are inside the same post, but numbered URL.
How can I do that manually... ( I'm a minimalist and don't like plugins )

you can paginate a single post using the Page Break block:
But, How can I customize it as Buttons...?
Previous and Next
as seen in the second link.
The page break is a WordPress core option so you will likely need to check with WordPress support to see how to modify the output.
