how to add padding around edge of page: ASPIRE

Can you please tell me how I can add padding around the edge of the page?. I don't want the text to go quite so close to the edge on the right and left margins. I am using the Aspire template. Thanks.

Normally, we add content padding through Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuyvqZj
But if this doesn't fit what you're trying to do. I'm afraid you'll have to do the padding changes within Elementor.
