How to Add Menu as Label?

Hi:
How do I add a menu item that is a label only and provides a listing of links below it?
E.g. A menu that lists courses, but the title of the menu, "Courses", doesn't link to anything.
I know how to add the sub-items, just not the non-linking title.

I see that we can add a "Custom Link" with no URL.
