How to add inline dynamic image

Hi

I want to edit the posts title element in the Coach theme to include my gravatar image before my name (just where the red line is in this screenshot)

However, I cannot see how I can add the element inline. If I select "inline post meta items" the formatting totally changes.

Any advice will be appreciated.
