how to add .html at the end of each article url

may i ask why you would want to do this ? The .html suffix would denote you're linking to a static HTML page which is not how WordPress works.

thats true david, wordpress is not meant to generate static pages. but i noticed an seo benefit just by faking this. i mean just by adding .html in your url may help you to rank better. i just want to try this. Would be great if you could giuide me how.
