How to add button block behind woocommerce category title in selected location?

Hi,

I want to add buttons in a selected category. For this I use Block Element. But it doesn't work.
My settings:

Where am I making a mistake?

Yes. Woocommerce Category Archive

The display rule: Product Category is for Single Products in that category.
So your display rule location needs to be: Product Category Archive

And you need to use the correct Hook - see here for those available on the archives:
