I have uploaded through > Background Images > Sidebar? But problem is half image visible. I want display full image horizontal.

The size of background image depends on the content itself.

Why not uploading that image as a static image?

i have adjust ▸ Customizing ▸ Layout
▸ Sidebars padding but when i click publish image not showing full

looks like you have this added which is overwriting the customizer setting:

.one-container .sidebar .widget {
    margin-top: -16px;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}
