How to add an icon to a header

I don't understand how to add a headline block.
When I go to GenerateBlocks I see this section:
Headline
Craft text-rich content with advanced typography.
The button sends me to documentation.
I don't see a way to add the block.
I downloaded the Avery sample theme and I am trying to add an icon to the headers. I see it on one sample post but I want to add it to all H1 headers.

GenerateBlocks are add-on Blocks that may be used with the WordPress Block editor.
