How to add a 'customer comments' section?

Is it possible to add a 'customer comments' section with 3-5 comments from customers added (by me/webmaster) with an added small image (thumbnail maybe)?
Possibly on the Catalyst Theme?

Sure - trying to convince my partner to have GeneratePress -
Happy Customers Comments close to the bottom.
Nothing built-in GP for that.
You could look into a slider plugin for something like that though.
Smart Slider 3 is my favorite.
Or maybe a testimonial plugin?
