How to activate license in localhost?

Also how to edit this text from the footer - "Copyright © 2016 · GeneratePress"
add_action is a core WordPress function, so if that function is undefined it means your WordPress installation is broken. Try re-installing WordPress/re-uploading all of the WordPress files to your host.

I did not notice earlier. Activation can be done from Appearance -> GeneratePress
