[Support request] How do you get rid of the site header?

I want no header or navigation menu on top of my homepage or any page on my website, how can I get rid of it entirely?

Thank you. The article says to go to “Appearance > Elements” – how am I not finding this? Under appearance in my WP backend all I see is Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, GeneratePress, Theme Editor. Under GeneratePress I’ve activated “Disable Elements” but where can I access the Layout Element?

In “Appearance > GeneratePress”, make sure the “Elements” module is activated.
