How do you customize using GP Premium?

Hi,
Purchased GP Premium and activated it with the license key, but I don't see a "customize" button or anything when I click on the options (e.g. "Blog"). Here's a short screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/fI2YLbGmW
What am I missing?
