How do I write text above the product category page?

Hi!
I am using the website theme "Merch" and I have a product category page. How do I go about if I want to write text above this category page?
If you go in right now there is a product (with yellow background) and right above that I want to be able to write text.
How do I do this?

You could try creating a header element:

Then use Product Category Archive in display rules.
