How do I stretch an .svg to fit browser window?

Hi,
Is there a CSS script or anything I can use so the .svg image in my header hero can dynamically stretch to the full width of browser size?
At the moment the end of the .svg cuts of at the right.
It looks full width to me? Can you show me a screenshot of what you're seeing?
