How do I remove page title appearing in page content?

Hi,

I checked documentation and forums. But I cant find a way to remove the page title that is coming by default as the 1st line in the content.

Kindly help. Please refer to the URL.

In this case, you would see 'terms of use' coming up. I want to remove that.

You can also create a layout element to remove the title on multiple pages as well:
