How do I put a widget on top of my header image (my site logo), on the right side? I want to be able to add social media icons to it, afterward.
Hi there,
I believe the top bar widget area is what you are looking for:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/top-bar-widget-area/
Let me know :)
I don't need a "top bar widget" above my header image, but rather, a widget to be on top of the right side of my header image, over top of the "forest area". Is that possible?
Your site is under coming soon page so I can't actually see.
Can you unlock it for now?
I sent an email with the login info for my site, through the contact form on your website.
I just checked your site but do not see a header image.
This is what I see: https://www.screencast.com/t/msiEp7lkk
Am I missing something?
The main image at the top of the screen: I want to put a widget on top of the image, on the right. Is that possible?
I decided not to put the widget in the header. I'm going to make the header image smaller, so the main part of the logo shows up properly on smaller screens. I'll just put social media icons below the header image. I've decided to do somsething different. Thanks anyway.
Ahh yeah I didn't notice that entire image was uploaded as the site logo.
That's very uncommon for sure.
Glad you are going with a different route!
