How do I place mobile header BELOW primary nav in mobile view?

In mobile view: How do I place the mobile header BELOW the primary navigation bar, full width of the screen, rather than INSIDE of the primary navigation bar?

I believe what you are looking for can be achieved by disabling the mobile header and just use the default header instead.

I have disabled the mobile header, but the header is still INSIDE the primary navigation bar (showing up as a mini picture) in mobile view. I want it to be BELOW the primary navigation bar in mobile view. How do I achieve this?
Mobile header is still activated. Try clearing your caching plugin.
