How do I install or design the Site Library templates

Hello!
I want my site to look like ARTICLE in the SITE LIBRARIES. But how do I do that??? Especially if I have already my own design... I tried to do it manually, but that drove me crazy. I just can't figure out all the settings for header, background etc...

Hi David,
Not sure how far you've gotten but you could try importing the site without the content:

The header of Article isn't too complicated either.
It's using float right for primary navigation:

And the page hero is basically this example:
