[Support request] How do I include recent post in the menu

Good evening. I am fairly clueless on this which isn’t a good thing for you. I can’t remember the which theme I am using in your site library for my site. I saw a menu in which there was recent posts and also I think an about us blerb. How do I get that within my menu?

Don’t believe we have a site with recent posts as menu items.
