How Do I Handle "Additional CSS" With 5.9

Hi, I'm presently using GP-Child on WP 5.8.3
I'm reluctant to upgrade to 5.9.2 because I understand the "Customizer" disappears and I no longer have access to "Additional CSS' in the customizer.
My question: How can I add/change "additional CSS' if I upgrade to 5.9+ ?
Right now I have the following CSS in one of my sites, that moves the "up-scroll-button" on top of my Ezoic footer ads on a 'mobile device'

I’m reluctant to upgrade to 5.9.2 because I understand the “Customizer” disappears and I no longer have access to “Additional CSS’ in the customizer.
I believe this information is incorrect.
I'm running 5.9.2 on all my sites and still have access to the Additional CSS field in the customizer.
Haven't received other mentions of this in the forum either.

Thank you! I'll do a backup on one of my sites than do an upgrade to 5.9.2.
If I have simple problems I need help with I'll post here.
If the problem is overwhelming I restore the backup.
