How do I get secondary navigation bar to show?

I have GP Premium, and have enabled the secondary navigation menu in Appearance > GeneratePress. How come the second bar is not showing up? Does it require CSS to show up? Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I figured this out. Didn't know I could add it through customizer.

The way it is described above, doesn't look like any of my options in WordPress
It should be for sure.
Do you see the Menus settings under Dashboard > Appearance?
