How do I change header backgrounds on Aspire sub-pages?

The non-home pages are actually using page hero in Header Element:

You can upload background images there.

I'm having the same problem with the same setup. Where do you exactly upload the background images?

Also, how do I select/edit the white textbox that overlaps the background image at the bottom?

To create a new Header Element, go to Appearance > Elements and click “Add New”. From the Element dropdown list, choose “Header”.

If you follow the instructions in the link, it's clear where the upload image button is.
