How do I add padding to body while using full width container?

Hi, WP Newbie here!
I like butting my slideshows vertically up against my menu by using the Page Builder Container "Full Width" option, but this strips any horizontal padding from my Body blocks (see example on my site on /our-publications/). Is there a way to add back right and left padding?

I have also tried to nest my columns in another container, but the only container options are Wide Width and Full Width, which both cause the columns to "bleed off" the right and left sides.
