How do I add an image overlay to a youtube embed?

I added a youtube video via the video block but I cannot find how to add an overlay image to the video. I'd like to keep the play button over the image and then when it gets clicked to play for the overlay image to go away. How can I do this?

I'm sorry but we can't help with this, as it's not theme related.
You might be able to find some plugin which does this.
