[Support request] How do change text in different site ( header )

Hello, I make my site and I have header als menu. I used Elements to have this. My problems are:

1. I want to have a diffrent text in header on diffrent site for example Home and über uns. Now in every site is ‘My custom title Hallo’ i would like to change this for each site. How can I do this ? I think its a css code that I can use in Page Hero in Elements ?

2. When you go down on my site, logo its a little bit in a diffrent place compared to logo in menu. I want to have main logo in same position with menu logo.
