How can I set Page Header to display on single category?

What do I need to choose in Display rules of Header element to display that element on page that lists all post from single category?
I managed to display header on single posts from category but not on page that lists all posts.
Category is 'drustvene-vijesti/odgoj-i-obrazovanje'
