How can I make this menu

I want to build menu and header like this: https://prnt.sc/1ed4at2
They are in a box and the background of page is different.

Hi there,
quite simple to do.
1. First set the Customize > Colors > Body >>> Background color - this is the color around the site content.
2. Set the Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation >>> Width to Contained. And do the same for the Customizer > Layout > Header.
