How can i insert text after feature image?

Hello
I;m trying to insert text after feature image but before main text using elements but i can't find any hooks, can any one help out? https://prnt.sc/pl5p5t
The reason i want to use hooks is because i don't want to edit every single post.

What if you change the priority to 15?
