How can I hide page titles in mobile and tablet display?

Hi -
On this site, the page titles don't appear on desktop display, but are appearing in tablet and mobile display. How can I remove/hide them? Is this via the "Disable Elements" feature? Can you please advise? Thank you!

yes the disable elements is the best way to do this.
You can use the Layout Elements to apply that to the entire site:
