How can I disable the responsiveness of only 1 Menu

Hi, I have a Secondary Navigation on the top right with only 2-3 links and I want to disable the responsiveness of only this menu without disabling the responsiveness of my main navigation menu. (http://555healthandwellness.com/)

Is this possible?
