How can I create text boxes?

Hi,
How can I create various, different text boxes (call out boxes) to break up text in long blog posts?
Similar to these:

Is there a plugin for these or do I have to create them myself?
I can't do any css I'm afraid.

Hi there,
if you were to use the Gutenberg Editor then you have some of these features built in . Without it the alternative is to use a plugin like shortcodes ultimate:
