How can I add padding around an image

The main image (which is inserted by a page builder) is already full width so I'm not sure where you want the padding?

The image in the side bar also has padding around already.

Any chance you can show me an example of what you are trying to achieve?

Hmm that page has no image and the image in the sidebar is the same as the first page?
