How better reset site?

I have some issues with site errors etc... For example:

Error Reporting E_ERROR
E_WARNING
E_PARSE
E_CORE_ERROR
E_CORE_WARNING
E_COMPILE_ERROR
E_USER_ERROR
E_USER_WARNING
E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR
E_ALL

I think will be easy way full reset site.

Im subscribe om plugin wp reset (pro version).

I want export all content (articles and media) after fully reset site (wp, database) to standard settings. After again import content.

This is not bad idea?

I mean i will have new database and tables without Errors? Or you can recommended some better solution?
