Hover function doesn't work

Just downloaded and installed GeneratePress 2.2.1 and can't get the hover function in the menu to work (either background och text hover). I have tried to add it manual through additional CSS, but same result.
Is there some kind of bug of this version? Cause I'm using older versions on other sites where the hover function works fine.

it looks like a caching issue, can you flush your plugin cache and if that doesn't resolve it can you disable to see if it does.
