Hover effect on linked image

On this page https://www.247livecasino.nl/spelshow/ you will see linked images (scroll down some, the hexagon images left and right) There is a mouse effect when hovering. How do i set a image effect when hovering a image that has a link?

Not sure if I fully understand.
There isn't any built-in hover effect to linked images in GP or WP.
You will need to use a custom CSS solution.
There should be lots of example on Google :)
