Hover color? Header theme Mellow

How can I remove a nasty color from header: Tarot tulkinnat - intuitiivisesti sinulle. There is no link and there is no need for it.

go to Customizer > Additional CSS and delete this CSS rule:
.site-branding:hover {
background: rgba(0,0,0,0.5);
}
